Empathy and Passion!

Hi! I’m Yun Shan, love research and people. Both my peers at school and workplace recognize me as a nice guy and a happy maker. The most famous example is that this year, due to the epidemic, the exhibition space was compulsorily requisitioned by the Taipei City government three days before the graduation exhibition, and it took me one day to write the exhibition plan and one day to communicate with the director and set up the website. During my university years, I had to investigate "people" a lot because of my department, so I became interested in and sensitive to the changes in people's psychological state and needs. When I was in graduate school at Fu Jen Catholic University, I came across the field of user experience, user-centered design, and design thinking, and found that it was not only similar to my personality, but also connected to what I had learned in college. Perhaps I am still a rookie in the workplace at this stage, but I will learn with enthusiasm in both user experience design and research, and hope to join a company that will grow with me and work together to make users better.

-- Interviews with residents", "demand survey", "color survey and analysis", "color research", "color matching and recommendation".

- The main work is to conduct the bidding and execution of government bidding projects in Taiwan. Our work can be broadly divided into "people" and "color".

"People" are often interviewed by local residents to understand their needs and serve as a bridge between the team and the residents, and user analysis and research is conducted through workshops and questionnaire distribution.

"Color" is to analyze and study natural and artificial colors through scientific instruments and give specific color matching suggestions.

- Our major achievement is that in 2018, our color scheme for Matsu was applied to the environmental color scheme and won the 2021 Golden Design Award.
